The college is a part of ISRA Medical University. ISRA is created by Isra Islamic Foundation, a non-profit organization accredited by the Pakistan Center for Philanthropy (PCP). The university has been rated high by the HEC. ISRA’s theory of excellence in education and knowledge creation is sympathetic to the development of society.
The University’s mission is to provide quality education, promote scientific research, and build businesses, and to serve their profession and society with graduate, strong interpersonal skills, responsibilities, and ethical values. The university currently has 3500 students studying. In 1997, only 30 students were enrolled.
