The admission notice has been announced by Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design PIFD Lahore for Master of Philosophy Art and Design Education MPhil Evening Program. Applications are welcome from eligible and experienced candidates for HEC approved MPhil programme. GAT- General / GRE is mandatory for taking admission. Preference will be given to candidates having minimum 2 years teaching experience. The program addresses academics and teachers of primary, secondary and higher education in art and design, as well as professionals who engage in teaching in the creative industries and the grassroots empowerment sector. Fill the Admission Application Packet and submit it to the Registrar’s Office by hand or by post along with a fee of Rs. 1500 by cash or post Rs. 1700 Bank Draft in the name of Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design by the last date of submission of application.

Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design (PIFD) Lahore is one of the premier institutes providing fashion and design education located in Pakistan. The institute currently comprises four faculties/schools and seven departments; Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing & Merchandising, Textile Design, Gem & Jewelery Design, Leather Accessories & Shoes, Furniture Design & Manufacture, and Ceramic & Glass Design.
All these departments are currently offering 4-year undergraduate degree programs with plans to start masters programs in the near future. PIFD seeks to produce graduates who are able to combine design ability with manufacturing capability to create functionally and aesthetically appealing products.
