Introduction of Sargodha Board
The Government of Punjab or the Punjab Education Ministry has created several boards of education to regulate the education system at the Matric level. Among these educational boards, Intermediate and Secondary Board, BSIE Sargodha is one. The Board of Education came into existence in 1968. The education board was directed to cover several districts including Sargodha, Khushab, Mianwali and Bhakar.
