KIU’s BS Merit List 2022
KIU Results Karakoram International University or Karakoram University is an international level university located in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. The KIU was established by the Federal Government Charter in 2002, at the behest of General Pervez Musharraf, then the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and in July 2011. The university’s main campus is located in front of a dramatic backdrop of mountains. The confluence of the Gilgit and Hanza rivers.

The Scarborough campus was inaugurated by then-Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Syed Mehdi Shah, whose campus was later upgraded to an independent university of Baltistan in 2017, with President Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain announcing the establishment of KIU Hanza and the Woman’s Campus. The Letter On, Ghadar and Daimler campuses were established in 2018 under HEC’s Vision 2025 to provide access to higher education at the district level. KIU offers undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate studies programs.
